Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your preparedness purchases. Please read this policy before returning an item.
Return window
Most unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the exceptions below.
Condition of returns
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all included accessories should be returned when practical
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items
For health, safety, and digital product reasons, the following generally cannot be returned:
- Opened first aid, medical, or hygiene products
- Opened respirators, masks, or personal protective equipment
- Digital downloads / PDFs once delivered
- Personalized or custom items
- Clearance or final-sale items marked as such
How to start a return
- Email support@prepsmartsupply.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return
- Wait for return instructions and, if approved, a return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or the item was defective on arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or wrong items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
