Shipping Policy

At PrepSmart Supply, preparedness gear only helps if it arrives when you need it. Here’s how shipping works.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships, with tracking when available.

Shipping methods & estimates

Standard shipping: usually 3–7 business days after processing within the contiguous United States
Expedited options (when offered at checkout): faster delivery windows shown at checkout

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and remote addresses can add time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you need shipping elsewhere, contact us before ordering.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details are emailed to the address on your order. You can also reach out with your order number if you need help locating a package.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed), we may charge a re-shipping fee or refund the product cost minus original shipping, depending on the situation.

Damaged or missing items

If something arrives damaged or is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll work with you on a replacement or resolution.
